Scott J. Landers, Property Acquisitions and Due Diligence

Scott Landers has over 12 years experience working in the commercial real estate field. He has worked extensively in acquisitions, totaling in excess of $500 million in office properties acquired in the Southwest and Southeast regions of the United States.

As Director of Acquisitions/Dispositions for Gaedeke Landers, LLC, he prepared offers, negotiated contracts, completed due diligence, managed environmental studies and property condition reviews as well as performing lease analyses and abstracting. Landers also managed all aspects of the disposition of an apartment portfolio valued at $20 million.

As Vice President of GLV Realty Advisors, LLC, Landers successfully managed the relocation of an international accounting/tax firm - including site evaluation, lease negotiation, space planning, engineering optimization and construction management. Landers also provided complete lease administration for an international computer software company consisting of 20 locations worldwide.

Landers attended Southwest Texas State University where he studied accounting, financing and real estate law. He has held a Texas Real Estate License since 1992 and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from that organization.
